CNC Operator - Tool & Cutter Grinder

Due to expansion and market growth, Helical Solutions LLC is looking for experienced CNC Machinist - Tool & Cutter Grinders to join our team. Positions available will be on our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our CNC Machinists work in a fast paced environment; running production lots, setting up new jobs, and developing new tools to customer specifications. Candidates should have demonstrated ability to:
o load programs, setup CNC equipment, complete 1st piece inspections, and run production loads
o use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and indicators
o interpret blue prints and specification sheets
o perform duties with minimal supervision
o monitor and maintain quality throughout production runs
Successful candidates will be able to quickly identify and correct any tool imperfection and identify grinding wheel wear and make needed corrections. Successful candidates will possess strong geometry knowledge and mathematical skills; a commitment to quality and safety; the ability to work in a team environment; and, possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years experience as a CNC operator. A two year degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or similar area of study is preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
